NurTured Natural Hair & Locs

I had my microlocs installed and I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nyasha did a beautiful, precise job and worked within my time constraints while still being realistic and transparent about what was best for my hair. The grid is neat and her technique is excellent, both in loc formation and the curation of the overall look. It was clear that she prioritizes her clients’ hair health above everything, which affirmed my trust in the entire process. The experience felt intentional, comfortable, and uplifting from start to finish. We even watched a documentary together, which made the appointment feel relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone skilled, honest, and truly invested in your hair journey.

My session with Nyasha was nothing short of amazing! This was the first time EVER a hair care professional has washed my hair with this level of care and patience.. She is a rare gem and made the entire expreince a calming, therapeutic and nurturing one. She also did an amazing job restoring my locs after I had been maintaining them myself for about a year. The result was just stunning.. She brought my locs back to life! Thank you Nyasha!

Nyasha is a phenomenal Loctian and Hair stylist. She is very professional, mannerable, insightful and a true student to her craft. Nyasha is able to see her clients vision and bring it to life, at times exceeding their expectations. She incorporates the grassroots of culture and community at NurTured Natural Hair and Locs Studio which makes the environment very relaxed and homely. I’ve had the pleasure of having my locs washed, retwisted, and doubled styled twice by Nyasha with zero regrets. She leaves you feeling appreciated opposed to just a dollar sign.
